Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from Meryem Berrada, an artist based in London, Ontario, Canada, through meryemberrada.com.

Prices and orders

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment has been received. Availability is subject to change until your order is confirmed.

Artwork

Every effort is made to show each painting accurately, but colours may vary slightly between a screen and the artwork in real life. Artwork dimensions and formats are listed alongside each piece.

Shipping and final sales

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted on originals or prints. Read the Shipping & Returns Policy for delivery, customs and transit-damage information.

Copyright

Meryem Berrada retains full copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork and images. Buying an original painting or a fine art print transfers ownership of the physical object only. It does not grant the buyer the right to copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use the artwork or its image without written permission.
